If a request fails because of us or the AI provider, or produces no usable result, no credits are used. If you stop a request, credits used so far are charged.

The free plan gives welcome credits once; they do not renew. On paid plans monthly credits renew on your billing date; unused monthly credits do not carry over, extra credits do.
Daily limit on monthly credits: 750 on Starter, 1,875 on Pro. Extra credits you buy are not limited by it. Requests at the same time: 1 on Free and Starter, 2 on Pro.
No. A new account gets 200 welcome credits once — enough to build and try a site or a small app. To keep building, choose a plan or buy extra credits.
You pay once a year and less per month: Starter €15 and Pro €40 a month instead of €19 and €49 — more than 2 months free. Your credits still renew every month; unused monthly credits do not carry over. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
No. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax. The tax for your country is calculated at checkout and added to the price.
Stripe. For our plans Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it sells you the plan, handles taxes and receipts, and answers payment questions. We never see your card details.
Yes, at any time under “Manage subscription”. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to the free plan.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
